All house plans from Architectural Designed to comply with the international Residential Code (IRC) and to the local codes in the area where the designer resides or where the house was built.

Every state, country or municipality will have its own building code requirement. It is possible that your plan may need to be modified to comply with these local requirement . This is particularly true in coastal area and those facing seismic events.

Extreme winds and heavy snow. If you are building in any of these area. It likely that a licensed structural engineer will be needed to provide the necessary calculation and additional drawing .We  authorize the use our plans conditioned on your obligation and agreement to strictly comply with all local building codes. Ordinances, regulations and requirements .including permits and inspections at time of and during construction. We recommend checking with your local building department for the most current requirements 

All pre-drawn plan from Architectural Designs do not carry a stamp from a licensed architect. If this is a requirement from your local building department. you will need to hire an architect or engineer to review and stamp the plans. 

The original designer retain title and ownership of all plans. The original designer ,as the Licensor, grants you, as Licensee the right to use these plans to construction a single structure/house. All of our plans protected under the Federal Copyright Act, Title XVII of the U.S. code and Chapter 37 of the Code of Federal Regulations. The plan  Licensed to you cannot be used or resold to another individual.

Refund Policy

Naksawala.in is an online e-commerce & e-store. on which we upload 2D design and 3D elevation design of houses in digital and downloadable format which you can download from our store. Once downloaded there is no option of payment refund.

But Our Customization Plan every House Design project very seriously and we ensure that the same is to be handled in a professional manner and the client gets the result as per our promise to him. However, if any client is not happy with the outcome service, have gone through the Change Option, we do not entertain refund request reason being that we are a service provider, but for the convenience of the client we have given them change options as per the services hired by the customers. Local Codes and building regulations:

Every country, state, city and municipality does have its own building regulations, bylaws, zoning requirements, codes and ordinances. Therefore, your plan may need to be modified to comply with local building requirements. Drawings will be as per Bye-laws provided by client and all the responsibility shall lie with him/her only.

Delivery Policy:

Drawing deliveries/Downloadable pdf are subjected to Timely payments:

The drawings will be Downloaded only after successfully receiving the payments as per agreed payment terms.

Timely communication from the client: If required information for successful completion of the project is not communicated to us in a timely manner. Any delay or failure of the project arising out of such situations cannot be attributed to Naksawala.in

Completeness of information provided by the client:

If the information provided to us is incomplete and/or complete information/scope of the project (service and/or product) is not provided at the beginning of the project, NaksheWala.com will not be bound to maintain its delivery time

Compensation for the delay of delivery: Naksawala.in will not make any compensation for the delay of delivery under any circumstances, unless there is a special agreement signed or Committed with penalty clause for delay in delivery.

Delivery Schedule:

After Successful receiving of payment and enough detail of the project from the client, Plan will be send (email) within 72 hours.
